you’re probably thinking wtf, these are the most random ingredients, but this probably has to be one of my favorite smoothies of all time. Also known as the Digestion Smoothie, this smoothie is so healthy for you and loaded with good things for your body! 🙂
My only advice is don’t use too much almond milk or else thats all you’ll taste…kind of like almond milk in any smoothie. I prefer vanilla SWEETENED almond milk, it tastes the best. fresh kale is fine, i use Trader Joe’s frozen kale, it comes in flakes and is excellent for smoothies. For the vanilla extract a little goes a long way, you don’t even need a teaspoon, i would say 4-5 drops is all you need! and for the cinnamon.. theres no limit! Ginger, just use like half an inch of root if you like things really spicy, use more! I used about 4 mint leaves, sometimes i use more because i’m OBSESSED with mint right now! Its a perfect fall smoothie, as well as any time of the year! Drink it when you wake up, or freeze it for a yummy treat after dinner!
